Reverse Financial Solutions Limited needs to collect and use personal data about customers in order to carry on its business and meet its customers' requirements effectively. We will only ask for this information where it is relevant to any financial service we are providing to you.

Personal data will not be disclosed, either within or outside the company to any unauthorised recipient.

Our use of personal data will fall into one of the following categories;

• Identifying suitable products to meet your financial needs.
• Compliance with regulatory bodies including the Office of Fair Trading; and/or governmental bodies;
• Collation of statistics for business operations and regulatory bodies including the Office of Fair Trading and/or governmental bodies (this data will not contain any personal data).

We are also required to disclose personal data under the following circumstances:

• For the purpose of safeguarding National Security;
• For the purpose of preventing and/or detecting Crime and/or Taxation issues;
• Where it is in the Public Interest.
• To prevent serious harm to a third party;
